You pay via PayPal of course! PayPal is the safest way to transfer money across the internet, as it automatically encrypts your confidential information. It also means that we don't store your financial details.

RETURNS

As all the items on Fleamarketfloozy.com are 'pre-loved', we do our best to describe the condition of any product as accurately as possible. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to email you additional photos or info.

All goods are packed securely to avoid breakages. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please let us know within 48 hours and please do not unpack the item(s). Any damaged items must be sent back via an insured postal service.

DELIVERY

We dispatch all items within 2-3 days of ordering, via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Some items may not be suitable for posting and should be picked up in person. We are located in North West London. All postage prices are for UK only. For posting overseas, please email us for a quote.

If you are able to pick up your items in person, you will save the postage. Please ask for a quote.
